We highly recommend exploring sink and faucet options outside of the big box stores. Most people are familiar with the phrase ‘builder grade’ but may not know that translates to ‘cheap’ almost all the time. Nearly every kitchen we replace has a sink and/or faucet from the big box stores and people cannot wait to get rid of them. They leak and corrode after a year, or sometimes a month.
